Each month we bring our boxers out into the community for you to meet.  At these events you will be able to interact and ask questions about our boxers available for adoption. Our monthly events are held a PetSmart’s in Lexington, Louisville, and Owensboro.  We also appear at local pet fairs through out the year.  If you see a particular boxer on our site that interests you let us know.  We can tell you if that dog will be attending one of our meet the boxer events.  Boxers being fostered in the Louisville area will only attend the Louisville events. Boxers in the Lexington or Owensboro area will only attend the events in their community. Keep in mind not all boxers available for adoption attend these events. We select the dogs we take to our events based on their temperament and health.  If the boxer you are interested in is not at one of our events, other arrangements can be made at the discretion of the foster home.  You will need to fill out our adoption application before these arrangements can be made.

While at one of our events, keep in mind the boxers are very excited.  With all the unfamiliar sounds, smells, and animals, sometimes they will misbehave because of the over stimulating environment.  The foster family can give you more insight on the dog’s true temperament.  Visit with all the boxers at our events.  Often times people select the boxer they want based on appearance. Once people attend one of our events, they often find themselves liking a boxer they had not even considered.

We do NOT do on site adoptions. All adoptive families must complete the adoption process before adopting. You may fill out the adoption application at one of our events or on-line.  Before approving a family to adopt, we must conduct a home visit and complete the personal and veterinary reference checks.
