BlueGrass Boxer Rescue
Thank
you to the staff of Tri State Orthopaedic Surgeons in Evansville IN. for their generous donation in Lending A Helping
Hand To A Breed In Need
BlueGrass Boxer Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)3 organization that provides charitable and educational services in the form of: quality shelter and care to unwanted, neglected and/or abused Boxers. We operate solely out of foster homes and care for Boxers until proper, permanent homes can be found. We will assist potential and current Boxer owners by sharing information about breed characteristics, proper care, health issues, training and behavior issues. We serve the entire state of Kentucky and surrounding states. Out of area adoptions will be considered on a case by case basis and with the collaboration of rescues local to the applicants. Donations can also be mailed to: BlueGrass Boxer Rescue, Inc., P.O. Box 21134 Owensboro, KY 42304-1134 Do you want to help save a life?
If so, consider fostering a boxer. Fostering a dog creates a ripple of hope. By welcoming a shelter dog into your home and into your heart, you have not just saved one life; you have also created additional room in the shelter for another dog in need of a forever family. If you would like to help save a life, read below for more details on how to become a foster parent. Is Fostering Right For You? What is fostering? Foster parents house our boxers in their home until proper forever homes are found. Foster homes provide shelter, food, toys and lots of TLC. Advantages to fostering · No long term commitments · All veterinary expenses are paid for by the Rescue · Satisfaction of helping a homeless Boxer find a forever home · Unconditional love from abused, neglected or unwanted Boxers · Can foster as often or as little as you wish For more information on fostering, please contact your local director: Owensboro KY: Sandie Sexton Cincinnati/ N.
